Job summary

Oscar Health is seeking a Senior Specialist, Network Recruitment, to manage the provider contracting lifecycle and support market strategies through data-driven processes. You will build relationships with internal teams and external providers to ensure accuracy and completeness of contracts.

Remote role open to multiple states across the US, with occasional travel for meetings. The base pay range is competitive, with benefits and annual performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of healthcare contract coordination or provider relations experience.
• 1+ years of MS Office/Google Sheets experience with Excel proficiency.
• 1+ years of cross-functional project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Use demographic data for current out-of-network providers to create recruitment lists.
• Support preparation, review, and execution of provider contracts and Letters of Agreement.
• Collaborate with Provider Recruitment to address provider inquiries and data contracting needs.
• Oversee the Request to Join process and Join Our Network mailbox for new provider contracts.
• Generate reports and summaries on provider contract data updates and network status.
• Coordinate with departments to collect provider contract data for setup in enterprise systems.
• Maintain and verify provider contracting data in the network database.
• Assist with special projects to ensure data completeness and accuracy.
