Job summary

Oscar Health is seeking a Contract Load Representative to validate, configure, and maintain executed provider contracts and amendments. This role owns end-to-end configuration in internal systems and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency.

You will report to the Associate Manager, Provider Data Operations and work remotely from states including Arizona, Florida, Georgia, or Texas, with occasional travel for team meetings and events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Proficient in Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
• Experience entering and managing data in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Review and configure executed provider contracts, amendments, W-9s, rosters, and supporting docs.
• Coordinate with Network Contracting, Credentialing, Roster Operations, Rate Configuration, and leadership to resolve missing information.
• Escalate incomplete documentation, contract discrepancies, and system issues.
• Develop understanding of current processes and tools related to Oscar’s business model.
• Interact daily with internal departments using various channels.
