Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Senior Provider Contracting Lead to drive end-to-end recruitment, contract negotiation, and network expansion across US markets. You will negotiate provider agreements, ensure compliance with corporate policies and state regulations, and coordinate with legal, credentialing, and data teams.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, performance monitoring, and strategic contracting to strengthen networks and access to care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• At least five years of experience in provider contracting, contract analysis, or provider relations in healthcare.
• Experience negotiating healthcare provider agreements and interpreting contractual terms.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts and amendments.
• Knowledge of managed care concepts: VBC, FFS, capitation, risk-based contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and negotiation of contracts with providers.
• Manage new provider agreements, amendments, and renewals with internal teams.
• Identify opportunities to expand and strengthen provider networks.
• Support provider relationship management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Establish and oversee reporting for network metrics and performance.
