Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Marketing Manager for Prostate Cancer in a remote US role. You will lead peer-to-peer speaker programs, congress planning, and engagement management, reporting to the HCP Promo Marketing Director and shaping brand strategy.

Qualifications

• Basic qualifications include doctorate or master’s with marketing experience, or bachelor’s with marketing experience, or associate’s with 8+ years in marketing, or high school/GED with 10+ years in marketing.
• Cross-functional collaboration with internal functions, field teams, external customers and agency partners to implement projects with agility.

Responsibilities

• Lead peer-to-peer and speaker program initiatives, manage the speaker bureau, and support speaker training and product theater management.
• Lead congress planning and engagement management across national, local, and APP congresses, coordinating cross-functional GU oncology initiatives.
• Develop content for treaters of metastatic prostate cancer, manage budgets for P2P and congress initiatives, and partner with Legal and Regulatory teams to ensure compliance.
