Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Marketing Manager for Prostate Cancer with responsibility for leading peer-to-peer speaker programs and congress planning. You will shape brand strategy and own end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives, while collaborating with Legal, Regulatory, and cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, impactful campaigns.

You will work remotely in a national capacity, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to optimize messaging, budget, and program delivery.

Qualifications

• Cross-functional collaboration across internal functions, field teams, external customers and agency partners to implement projects with agility.
• Experience leading marketing initiatives in a clinical or oncology setting preferred.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills to influence diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead peer-to-peer and speaker program initiatives, managing bureau relationships and speaker training.
• Partner with Legal and Regulatory to deliver compliant speaker programs and materials.
• Plan and manage national, local, and APP congresses and coordinate cross-functional oncology initiatives.
• Develop content and messaging for treaters of metastatic prostate cancer and support brand strategy.
• Oversee budget for P2P and congress activities and ensure timely budget execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into brand tactics and budget allocation.
