Qualifications

• Experience in biopharmaceutical or healthcare marketing is required or preferred.
• Knowledge of promotional material development and MAC approvals is beneficial.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support development, review, and deployment of branded and unbranded promotional materials with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate marketing projects from planning through execution, managing timelines and budgets.
• Facilitate MAC approvals with Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, and partners.
• Coordinate promotional resource deployments, field communications, and national meetings.
• Build partnerships across Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, Global Marketing, and other teams to execute initiatives.
• Plan and execute HCP congresses and customer engagement programs with seamless execution.
