Job summary

Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains is seeking a donor research professional to support the Major Gifts team by identifying high net worth prospects, developing donor profiles, and compiling research for engagement and fundraising strategy.

Qualifications

• High School graduate (or equivalent).
• Experience researching and identifying prospective donors.
• Strong written, verbal, and ethical communication skills.
• Commitment to excellent customer service and collaboration.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret financial and business information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Raiser's Edge NXT, and related technology platforms.
• Experience maintaining accurate records and tracking information in a database.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to synthesize information into concise donor profiles, briefings, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Research high net worth prospects and produce information regarding their philanthropic interests and giving capacity.
• Locate sources of corporate, foundation, and other organization support to match PPRM programs and initiatives.
• Prepare biographical profiles, research reports, and briefings for use by PPRM Major Gifts team.
• Compile event donor Look Books to guide ELT staff at PPRM events.
• Remain current on prospect research best practices and resources.
• Support prospect screening initiatives and verify screening results.
• Safeguard confidentiality of constituent information per guidelines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
