Job summary

SES Space & Defense in the United States seeks an organized Proposal Manager to lead the development of compliant, competitive proposals for U.Government and other customers. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules, and ensure quality, capture strategies, and win themes are reflected in every submission.

You’ll collaborate with Business Development, Capture, Program Management, and SMEs, drive kickoff meetings, and optimize proposal processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of government procurement processes and lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate high-quality U.S. government and other proposals from RFP review to submission.
• Manage the proposal lifecycle, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and SES standards.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Capture, Program Management, SMEs, and proposal support teams.
