Job summary

CAI is seeking a Proposal and Technical Solutions Analyst Intern to assist with developing technical solutions and proposal narratives for new business opportunities. You will work closely with sales and technical teams in a remote, full-time internship.

The internship runs June 7, 2027 to August 6, 2027, requiring 40 hours per week during core hours (8:30 a.m. EST to 5:00 p.m. EST). All work must be performed in the United States, with no sponsorship offered now or in the future.

Qualifications

• Current junior pursuing a technical bachelor's degree with a minor in English, Journalism, or related field.
• Current junior with GPA 3.5 or higher.
• Strong writing and communication skills with an interest in technical narratives.
• Business-focused mindset and understanding of technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of technical solutions and proposal documents for new opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information for proposals.
• Support creation of technical narratives communicating solution value.
• Research industry trends and competitor offerings to inform strategies.
• Maintain organization of proposal materials and documentation.
