Job summary

CAI is seeking a Proposal and Technical Solutions Analyst Intern to support development of technical solutions and proposal narratives for new business opportunities. This full-time internship runs June 7, 2027 through August 6, 2027 and is remote, with 40 hours per week and EST core hours.

The role requires collaboration with sales and technical teams, research on industry trends, and organization of proposal materials.

Qualifications

• Current junior pursuing a technical bachelor's degree with minor in English/Journalism or related field.
• Minimum GPA 3.5 or higher.
• Strong writing skills with interest in technical narratives.
• Business-focused mindset with basic technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and preparation of technical solutions and proposal documents for new opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information for proposals.
• Support creation of compelling technical narratives communicating solution value.
• Research industry trends and competitor offerings to inform proposals.
