Job summary

The Cigna Group's Evernorth Health Services is seeking a Proposal Support Advisor to lead high-complexity RFP and proposal efforts from intake to submission. You will coordinate with sales, account management and SMEs to craft market-specific bid responses and ensure brand-aligned formatting.

You’ll manage multiple proposals with tight deadlines, mentor colleagues, and support contract reviews while mitigating risk and driving compliant, compelling proposals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years relevant experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient with MS Office, Skype and Webex.
• Strong data analytics capability and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability in managing high visibility projects, sometimes independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage RFP and proposal development strategy from receipt to submission.
• Engage sales, account management and cross-functional leaders to define bid strategy.
• Format RFP responses in Express Scripts’ brand; research and draft answers with SMEs.
• Collaborate with pricing to produce responses to pricing questions.
• Ensure compliance with RFP requirements and contractual obligations.
• Lead cross-functional projects and mentor new team members.
• Present to clients and coordinate contract discussions when needed.
