The Cigna Group is seeking a Proposal Support Advisor to manage RFP and proposal development for high-complexity bids. You will work with sales, account management, and cross-functional leaders to craft market-specific bid strategies and ensure compliant, well-supported responses.

You will lead projects, mentor teammates, and coordinate with SMEs on custom responses while upholding Express Scripts' branding and contractual obligations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's with 3+ years relevant experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient with MS Office, Skype and Webex.
• Strong data analytics capability and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in managing high-visibility projects, sometimes independently.
• Resourceful with good judgement in problem solving.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and shift priorities quickly.
• Adheres to SOP and follows best practices.

Responsabilités

• Manage RFP and proposal development strategy and process for high-complexity bids.
• Engage sales, account management and cross-functional leadership to craft bid strategy.
• Format RFP responses according to Express Scripts’ brand guidelines.
• Incorporate responses from response database and collaborate with SMEs.
• Develop custom responses for questions needing research or buy-in.
• Coordinate pricing responses with client pricing teams.
• Ensure compliance with RFP requirements and contractual obligations.
• Review contracts with legal and cross-functional SMEs up to senior levels.
• Lead cross-functional projects and build process documentation library.
• Mentor and train new team members; lead initiatives and share thought leadership.
