PMA Consultants is seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to lead the development of winning proposals across national markets. You will manage the full proposal lifecycle, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and shape pursuit strategies to drive PMA’s growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
5+ years of progressive proposal management experience in A/E/C or related services.
Experience leading large, complex or multidisciplinary proposals.
Strong writing/editing/organizational skills with multiple deadlines.
Experience with public-sector/federal proposals is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead the full lifecycle of major proposals and qualifications submissions.
Collaborate with leadership to shape pursuit strategies and client messaging.
Write, edit, and format persuasive proposal content and executive summaries.
Ensure proposals comply with requirements and branding standards.
Coordinate cross-functional proposal teams and kickoff meetings.
Serve as primary contact for proposal inquiries with internal/external stakeholders.
Maintain reusable content, resumes, and project sheets.
Develop proposal tools, templates, and graphics.
Assist in developing presentations for client interviews.
Participate in go/no-go decisions and market research.
