Job summary

Public Consulting Group (PCG) seeks a Proposal Coordinator to administer and support proposal development from pre-RFP to post-award, coordinating content flow and ensuring timely, high‑quality submissions.

As part of the Technology Consulting team, you’ll track responses, direct final production, and maintain the Proposal Center database while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1+ year of professional experience in a communications-related field preferred.
• Experience with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other applications.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Illustrator preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers proposal development and support through pre-RFP through post-award.
• Coordinates the internal flow and review of proposal content.
• Tracks all proposal responses.
• Directs the production of final proposals.
• Ensures that all proposals submitted are of the highest quality and are submitted in a timely manner.
• Assists in maintaining the Proposal Center's database: categorizing, organizing, and maintaining different types of documentation and writings.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, and collaborative environment while producing high-quality work products.
