Remote work is supported; travel across Pennsylvania is expected, including occasional trips to the Pittsburgh office.

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice law in PA and in good standing.
• 3–8 years of litigation and trial experience.
• Self-starter who excels in a remote work environment with strong prioritization and travel readiness.

Responsibilities

• Develop case strategy, manage a remote caseload and present at hearings.
• Attend and present at administrative and trial hearings across Pennsylvania.
• Research, draft, file, and respond to motions and supporting briefs; argue in PA courts.
• Quarterly travel to the Pittsburgh office and frequent travel across PA.
