Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in PA and in good standing.
• 3–8 years of litigation and trial experience.

Responsibilities

• Try cases before Pennsylvania trial courts.
• Develop case strategy and present at hearings.
• Travel throughout PA for administrative and court appearances.
• Handle a volume litigation caseload.
• Research, draft and file motions and briefs; present oral argument.
