Siegel Jennings is a property tax–focused law firm seeking an Associate Attorney for a remote role. You will manage your own caseload while being supported by an experienced team of attorneys, with no billable hours requirement.

The ideal candidate is admitted to the PA bar and has 3–8 years of litigation and trial experience. You will travel across Pennsylvania to support administrative and court appearances while developing expertise in property valuation.

Qualifications

• Admission to practice law in PA is required.
• 3–8 years of litigation and trial experience.
• Strong work ethic with focus on professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Try cases before Pennsylvania trial courts.
• Develop case strategy and present at hearings.
• Travel throughout Pennsylvania for administrative and court appearances.
• Handle a volume litigation caseload.
• Research, draft, file, and respond to motions and briefs.
