This role emphasizes hands-on education in property valuation and mentorship without the pressure of billable hours. You will develop case strategy, appear at administrative hearings, and travel across PA for court appearances.

Qualifications

• PA bar admission in good standing.
• 3–8 years of litigation and trial experience required.
• Experience in property tax litigation is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Try cases before trial courts in Pennsylvania.
• Develop case strategy; attend hearings at the administrative level across PA.
• Travel frequently throughout Pennsylvania for administrative and court appearances.
• Manage a volume litigation caseload and conduct oral arguments.
• Research, draft, file, and respond to motions with supporting briefs.
