Ladders seeks a Property Program Underwriter, Consultant - Reinsurance and Alternative Risk Transfer, to lead underwriting for assigned property programs in a complex insurance environment. The role focuses on reinsurance structures and ARRT arrangements, partnering with sales, reinsurers, program managers, and internal stakeholders to grow profitability while maintaining disciplined risk selection and performance.

Remote, US-based candidates.

Formación

• Underwriting and risk assessment experience in commercial insurance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of underwriting policies, insurance law, and financial analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Lead underwriting for assigned property programs and make independent decisions.
• Drive sales and underwriting relationships to achieve performance goals.
• Analyze relationships with program managers and adjust actions as needed.
• Review complex risks and decide acceptance or declination through analysis.
• Engage with reinsurers to verify use of reinsurance facilities.
• Develop and implement underwriting guidelines, rates and procedures.
