Job summary

Northpoint is expanding nationally and seeks experienced Property Practitioners who are self-motivated to grow their own real estate businesses. This fully remote, cloud-based brokerage offers coaching, technology, and wealth-building opportunities while allowing practitioners to retain more of their commissions.

Ideal candidates will have a real estate qualification, valid FFC or eligibility, and a proven sales drive with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• NQF Level 4 Real Estate qualification completed or currently in progress.
• Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC), or eligible to obtain one.
• Experience as Property Practitioner encouraged to apply.
• Newly qualified and rookie agents welcome with drive and ambition.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven with results.
• Own vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Laptop with reliable internet access.

Responsibilities

• Generate and convert new business opportunities.
• List, market, and sell properties.
• Conduct valuations and market analyses.
• Manage buyer and seller relationships.
• Negotiate and conclude property transactions.
• Build and maintain a strong referral network.
• Achieve agreed sales targets.
• Represent the Northpoint brand professionally.
