Job summary

Across Clocks is seeking an experienced Property Management Bookkeeper to support a U.S.-based residential property portfolio of about 80 properties. This hands-on role maintains financial records, processes vendor payments, and prepares owner statements, with monthly reporting support.

The ideal candidate has practical experience in U.S. residential property management accounting and is proficient in AppFolio and QuickBooks. This full-time, remote position follows EST business hours.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in U.S. residential property management accounting.
• Strong proficiency in AppFolio for property and tenant accounting, owner statements, vendor bills and reconciliations.
• Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks for company bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Experience performing three-way trust account reconciliations and managing owner funds and security deposits.
• Ability to prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets and other financial reports.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on accounting for a portfolio of ~80 properties and the company.
• Process vendor payments and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare owner statements and perform reconciliations.
• Support monthly financial reporting and closing processes.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. property management accounting procedures.
