Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is hiring a Property Condition Assessor to perform PCAs per ASTM E2018 across diverse asset types, including high-rise, retail, industrial, and multifamily properties. The role involves client-specific protocols, 60% domestic travel, and collaboration with engineering and advisory teams.

The ideal candidate holds a BA/BS in a related field and at least 1 year of PCA experience, with PE/RA or environmental certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 1 year of PCA experience. Phase I ESAs preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) preferred.
• Environmental Professional certification and NRPP Radon certification are a plus.
• AHERA Inspector certification is a plus.
• Solid understanding of building systems (site, structure, MEP) and common reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform PCAs per ASTM E2018, JLL, and client protocols within timelines.
• Evaluate building systems and conditions against scope (Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac).
• Conduct walk-throughs, interview occupants and officials, document findings with photos.
• Review cost estimates and historical docs to identify deficiencies.
• Prepare detailed remediation cost estimates and support business development.
