Nationwide seeks a Field Claims Specialist II, Property to cover Worcester, MA and surrounding areas. This remote role requires 3–5 years of property claims experience, Xactimate proficiency, and ability to inspect rooftops with travel 3–4 days weekly.

CAT duties may be required, with relocation assistance available for nearby candidates. The role emphasizes strong customer service, written and verbal communication, and collaboration with internal teams to resolve claims end-to-end.

Qualificações

• Three to five years of property claims experience.
• Proficiency with Xactimate and writing estimates.
• Experience from start to finish in claims handling.
• Construction background (Residential/Remodeling).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• CAT duty is required.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate and resolve moderate to severe property claims by phone and in person.
• Determine coverages and apply claims practices per guidelines.
• Open, adjust reserves and communicate with stakeholders.
• Maintain knowledge of local repair procedures and pricing.
• Collaborate with SIU and Subrogation for fraud and subrogation.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and adhere to professional standards.
