Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 0-2 years of CAT claims experience preferred.
• Active adjuster license or willingness to obtain one required; background check.

Responsibilities

• Summarizes documents and enters information into claim system notes.
• Negotiates and settles basic to moderately complex CAT claims.
• Reviews, evaluates, and submits potential underwriting referral actions.
• Manages ALE (additional living expense) claims as needed.
• Maintains compliance with state regulations and Allstate policies.
