Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain and maintain required state adjuster licenses (company sponsored).

• Reliable high-speed internet for home-office remote days.
• Availability for 38.75 hours/week, 7.75 hours/day between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM.
• May require full-time on-site presence during initial training.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve low-complexity property claims.
• Serve as a primary point of empathetic support for policyholders.
• Analyze, evaluate, negotiate, and settle minimal-complexity claims using discretion and independent judgment.
• Conduct phone outreach to confirm claim details, policy coverage, liability, and damages.
• Provide professional, polite, and empathetic service throughout the claims process.
• Take recorded statements and document claim details accurately.
• Identify suspicious claims and collaborate with Special Investigations Units as needed.
• Complete formal onboarding and ongoing technical training programs.
