Hair Shunnarah Trial Attorneys is actively seeking a property casualty litigator with 3+ years of relevant experience to support our fast-growing practice. The role requires California admission to practice and allows work from anywhere in the US with light on-site obligations.

You will manage cases in state and federal courts, supervise staff, handle discovery and depositions, and draft petitions, complaints, motions and briefs while preparing for trial. Competitive compensation offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Property Casualty, 1st Party Property, or Civil Litigation experience required.
• Must be admitted to practice in the State of California; can be based anywhere in the US; additional states a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with a vibrant and growing property casualty practice.
• Manage and supervise cases in state and federal courts, including discovery, depositions, and motions.
• Prepare petitions, complaints, motions, briefs, and trial readiness with minimal supervision.
