Job summary

Alexander Shunnarah Trial Attorneys in Arizona seeks an Arizona-licensed attorney to join our Plaintiff Property Litigation practice. This role offers hands-on responsibility and meaningful client interaction, handling storm/fire/water loss disputes and other property insurance claims.

You will manage a caseload from inception to resolution, communicate strategy to clients, draft pleadings and motions, take depositions, and participate in hearings and settlements, with remote work available for

Qualifications

• Active Arizona law license in good standing.
• At least one year of civil litigation experience.
• Experience with discovery, motion practice, and depositions.
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and client-service abilities.
• Self-motivated attorney thriving in fast-paced plaintiff litigation.
• Experience in property insurance litigation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of plaintiff-side property insurance litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Communicate with clients regarding strategy, case developments, and settlement opportunities.
• Draft complaints, motions, discovery requests and responses, and legal briefs.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Attend hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences.
• Work closely with experienced attorneys while maintaining ownership of your cases.
