Alexander Shunnarah Trial Attorneys is seeking an Arizona-licensed attorney to join our plaintiff-side property insurance litigation practice. If you’re a litigator who wants meaningful case responsibility and direct client relationships, we’d like to hear from you, with remote work available for Arizona-based attorneys.

Competenze

• Active Arizona law license in good standing.
• At least 1 year of civil litigation experience.
• Familiarity with discovery, motions, and depositions.
• Strong legal research and writing skills; excellent client service.

Mansioni

• Manage plaintiff-side property insurance litigation from inception to resolution.
• Develop case strategies, evaluate claims, and identify opportunities for clients' interests.
• Communicate directly with clients regarding case progress, strategy, and settlements.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and legal briefs.
• Take and defend depositions and participate in hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to move cases forward efficiently.
• Maintain ownership of assigned matters and meet deadlines with high client-service standards.
• Litigate in applicable state and federal courts.
