Job summary

Trader-Hire is looking for experienced proprietary traders to trade equities and options using firm-allocated capital. This fully remote position allows traders to develop, test, and refine their trading strategies with professional coaching support.

The ideal candidate should have at least two years of trading experience and a defined trading strategy. This role offers high profit-sharing potential and complete schedule flexibility.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of trading experience with a defined approach or edge.
• Demonstrated knowledge of options Greeks, FX fundamentals, or crypto market structure.
• Process-oriented mindset with attention to journal keeping and post-trade analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute options strategies including directional, spread, and volatility plays.
• Analyze implied volatility, Greeks, and options pricing models to identify opportunities.
• Manage multi-leg options positions with disciplined risk protocols.
