• Verify consistency in citations, references, tables, figures, equations, headings, and structure.
• Refine author-facing comments to ensure clarity and professionalism of communication.
• Conduct detailed quality checks for language, formatting, and presentation issues.
• Adhere to internal editorial standards and client-specific requirements.
• Identify inconsistencies or missing elements for reviewer follow-up.
• Work across manuscripts from diverse subjects while maintaining quality and turnaround.

Shift time : Rotational shift from 7 am to 11 pm (Any 9 hours within this window)

Working days : 5-day week with rotational week offs

We are seeking Proofreaders with excellent language skills and strong attention to detail to work on scholarly manuscripts across a range of disciplines. The role involves reviewing academic documents for language, consistency, formatting, and presentation to ensure they meet international publication standards.

As a Proofreader, you will be responsible for correcting language and grammatical errors, improving readability, performing detailed consistency checks, and ensuring that manuscripts are professionally formatted and publication-ready. You will also support the editorial process by enhancing author-facing communication and ensuring compliance with style guide and publisher requirements.

Key Responsibilities
