Job summary

1mind AI Inc. is seeking a Prompt and Context Engineer to design prompts and manage subagents within our conversational platform. This fully remote role favors candidates in US time zones (Eastern or Central).

You will craft efficient prompts, document workflows, and lead initiatives as you grow with the team. You should have 3–5 years of AI/LLM experience, strong written communication, mastery of LLM prompting with OpenAI/Anthropic, and basic coding skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of AI/LLM experience or related fields.
• Exceptional written communication skills.
• Mastery of prompting with OpenAI and Anthropic models; not just general usage.
• Prototyping with APIs and quick iteration.

Responsibilities

• Design architecture for subagents in live conversations (Q&A, pricing, discovery, demo selection).
• Build routing/delegation systems to decide whether to answer, use a subagent, or ask for clarification.
• Define contracts between main agent and subagents (inputs, outputs, latency, failure handling).
• Become the internal prompting expert and train others.
• Develop prototypes and AI-assisted coding to test prompts and data workflows.
• Develop multi-media prompting (images, video, etc.) for LLMs and embeddings.
