You will design, test, and refine prompts across chat, audio, avatar, and image generation, building reusable templates and libraries while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ship impactful features.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM or related field.
• Experience with large language models and multi-modal generation.
• Strong writing and communication skills to explain prompt behavior to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Stay on top of prompt engineering techniques and best practices.
• Develop golden datasets for prompt evaluation and regression testing.
• Design, test, and refine prompts across modalities (text, audio, image, video, avatar).
• Document best practices and create reusable prompt templates for internal stakeholders.
• Refactor prompts to follow best-practice approaches.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven features.
• Build and maintain prompt libraries with versioning and metadata.
• Improve prompt performance using automated metrics and human-in-the-loop evaluation.
• Extend evaluation framework with new flows and metrics tailored to multi-modal output.
