Job summary

Youth for Christ USA is seeking a Budget Manager to align all financial resources with the organization’s strategic plan across divisions and departments. You will code, approve, and manage budgets; monitor expenditures; prepare dashboards and reports; and provide transparent financial guidance to project teams.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and collaboration with leaders, supportingChrist-centered mission and stewardship across programs.

Qualifications

• College graduate preferred or equivalent work/training experience.
• 3-5 years of administrative experience required.
• Experience supporting projects and/or change management initiatives preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Align financial resources with the YFC/USA strategic plan across divisions and departments.
• Code, approve, and manage division and department budgets.
• Monitor expenditures and prepare dashboards and reports.
• Provide financial guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
• Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel and documentation to support operations.
