Job summary

Patria Church is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Coordinator to maintain financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for campuses and ministries. You will work closely with the CFO to ensure dollars are stewarded well.

The role involves reconciliations, journal entries, AP/AR, payroll support, and dashboards for leadership, with nonprofit/church experience a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred (equivalent experience welcome)
• 3+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or finance experience
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with accounting/payroll software
• A sharp eye for detail and solid follow-through
• Nonprofit or church finance experience is a plus, not required

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting: reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close
• Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll support, and banking activity
• Partner with campus and ministry leaders on budgets, spending, and reporting
• Prepare financial reports and dashboards for leadership
• Support audits, compliance, and financial recordkeeping
