Job summary

Resource Erectors is seeking a Projects & Engineering Manager to oversee major projects and ensure efficient engineering. This position emphasizes reducing lifecycle costs while meeting customer demands and requires up to 50% travel.

The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of relevant project experience and 5 years of management experience in heavy industry. A Bachelor’s degree in engineering and proficiency with AutoCAD are essential. Benefits include significant profit-sharing bonuses and a comprehensive benefits plan.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of project experience in heavy industry or mineral processing.
  • 5+ years of management experience in heavy industry or mineral processing.
  • PE license is preferred.
  • 30 CFR Part 46 training preferred.
  • Process design, Electrical design, or Detail Mechanical design background is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects with capital budgets ranging from $250k to $15M.
  • Drive schedule to meet tight project deadlines.
  • Oversee construction of plant projects.
  • Develop scope and estimates for project planning phases.
