You will liaise with customers and internal teams, drive process improvements, and support monthly profitability reviews. This role requires ERP familiarity and strong communication across diverse teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience dealing with contracts and change order management.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems.
• Ability to use independent judgment and be a self-starter.
• Foster collaboration between teams.
• Experience working for a diverse multi-disciplined employee-owned company.
• Strong communication skills to articulate vision into an executable plan.

Responsibilities

• Stresses safety as the priority and ensures adherence to safe practices.
• Assist Service Managers with day-to-day coordination and management of operations.
• Monitor and manage operations to meet client expectations and company goals.
• Liaise between customer and management for smooth operations.
• Coordinate and manage project tasks to deliver on time and within budget.
• Prepare subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders as needed.
• Lead project meetings and document minutes; ensure accurate invoicing and reporting.
