The role emphasizes safety, coordination between service managers, and process improvement through ERP systems, contracts and change orders, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience dealing with contracts and change orders.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems.
• Ability to use independent judgment and self-starting.
• Foster collaboration between teams.
• Experience with a diverse, multi-disciplined, employee-owned company.
• Strong communication skills to articulate vision into an executable plan.

Responsibilities

• Safety is the top priority and followed by all employees.
• Assist Service Managers with day-to-day coordination.
• Monitor, control and manage operations to meet client expectations.
• Liaise between customer and management for smooth delivery.
• Coordinate project tasks to meet budget and timelines.
• Prepare subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Assist with monthly job profitability reviews.
• Track CMMS work orders and approve invoices.
• Create invoices for PM review.
• Suggest process improvements and implement new technologies.
