Eaton’s ES AMER MFGSC division is seeking a remote Project Quality Engineer in the United States to lead quality activities from early project engagement through FWT/FAT, ensuring conformance to customer specifications, industry standards, and Eaton requirements.

You will collaborate across programs, engineering, supplier quality, manufacturing, and field service, drive DFMEA and other risk tools, review audits and PPAPs, and mentor teams while traveling up to 50%.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality, product engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related function within an electrical industry.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting quality functions within a factory, manufacturing, and/or site environment.

Aufgaben

• Lead quality activities from early project engagement to FWT/FAT and ensure conformance to customer specs and Eaton requirements.
• Co-facilitate risk reduction processes (DFMEA, DVP&R, PFMEA) and CTQ preparation.
• Promote disciplined, evidence-based quality decisions and effective communication with stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to applicable customer and industry standards and Eaton requirements.
• Lead Lessons Learned processes and deploy identified actions across the project team.
• Lead Quality Plan development and deployment with inputs from customers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Partner with Supplier Quality, Plant Manufacturing Quality and Customer Quality; review audits and PPAPs.
