Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Project Quality Engineer to lead quality activities from early project engagement through Factory Witness Test (FWT) or Factory Acceptance Test (FAT). You will ensure compliance with internal/external quality standards, industry regulations and customer specifications.

You will collaborate with program management, field service, product engineering, supply chain and manufacturing teams to drive risk reduction, PPAP reviews, and supplier quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Electrical engineering preferred.
• 5+ years in quality, product or manufacturing engineering in electrical industry.
• 2+ years supporting quality functions in a factory/site environment.
• Sponsorship not available for visa holders.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality activities from early project engagement to FWT/FAT.
• Ensure compliance with customer specs and industry standards.
• Co-facilitate DFMEA, DVP&R, PFMEA and CTQ with cross‑functional partners.
• Lead quality plan development and supplier/plant quality alignment.
• Support audits, PPAP, and customer quality issues.
