Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality, product engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related function within an electrical industry.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting quality functions within a factory, manufacturing, and/or site environment.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality activities from early project engagement through FAT/FWT.
• Ensure compliance with customer, industry standards and Eaton requirements.
• Co-facilitate risk reduction processes (DFMEA, DVP&R, PFMEA) and CTQ.
• Communicate technical issues effectively to stakeholders.
• Lead lessons learned and implement actions across the team.
• Collaborate with Supplier Quality, Plant Manufacturing Quality, and Customer Quality.
