Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality, product engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related function within an electrical industry.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting quality functions within a factory, manufacturing, and/or site environment.

Responsibilities

• Strategy: Work closely with Program/Project Management, Field Service Engineers, Product Engineering, and cross‑functional partners.
• Risk reduction: Co‑facilitate DFMEA, DVP&R, PFMEA and CTQ preparation; promote evidence‑based decisions.
• Quality planning: Lead Quality Plan development and deployment with inputs from Customer, Suppliers and internal teams.
• Supplier quality: Partner with Supplier Quality to ensure alignment with Customer and Eaton standards; review audits/PPAP.
• Manufacturing quality: Align with Plant Manufacturing Quality; support audits, assessments, and PPAP.
• Customer quality: Cooperate with Customer Quality for successful Factory Witness Test/Factory Acceptance Test.
