Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Senior Project Manager to plan, budget, oversee, and document all aspects of warehousing and distribution center projects within Solutions. You will ensure projects stay on schedule, within scope and on budget, coordinating with client, leadership, and contractors.

Key duties include detailed planning, proactive communication, risk mitigation, and transitioning projects to stable operations.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree is basic requirement.
• Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of Logistics/Warehousing Industry experience.
• English (reading, writing, verbal), Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clear understanding of all phases of the project implementation schedule and core deliverables.
• Operate the project within DSV CL PMO governance and methodology.
• Facilitate Quality Planning sessions with the client for scoping and execution.
• Create a detailed Project Schedule with milestones and critical path tasks.
• Communicate project scope and schedule to all resources and stakeholders.
