Job summary

Proactive Global seeks a Project Manager II to lead a major Material Handling project for a warehouse automation program in Pennsylvania. The role is mainly remote for the initial three months, with occasional on-site customer meetings for milestones.

You will coordinate engineering, commissioning, installation and customer teams, and manage schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful delivery from planning through execution, with emphasis on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 4+ years leading warehouse automation or MHE projects.
• Experience coordinating engineering, commissioning and installation teams.
• Strong planning, scheduling and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of material handling and warehouse automation projects.
• Coordinate engineering, commissioning, installation and customer teams.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets and resource plans.
