Job summary

DEPCOM Power, a Koch company, seeks a Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale utility solar, BESS, and repowering projects in the Midwest. The role entails end-to-end project execution, balancing safety, cost, schedule, and quality, with oversight from pre-construction to closeout.

Ideal candidates bring proven project leadership in EPC or large infrastructure, and are comfortable in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• Supervisory/leadership experience.
• Experience managing EPC, large-scale industrial, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Experience with cost estimating, scheduling, and customer engagement.
• Understanding of prime contract and subcontract language.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a multidisciplinary team to drive successful execution of utility-scale and battery storage projects.
• Manage project forecasts with the Project Controls team to identify risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to maximize value during buyout phase.
• Coordinate with Business Development and Estimating for accurate project estimates.
• Maintain project schedule with Scheduling team to meet or improve objectives.
• Provide timely project reports to internal teams and customers.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
• Build rapport with customers and develop long-term relationships.
