Job summary

GT Motive is seeking a Project Manager in the United States to drive cross-functional programs in technology innovation. You will lead planning, governance, and delivery for fast-paced SaaS projects in a global context.

You will collaborate with business, product, technology, and operations teams, apply Agile and traditional PM practices, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. Travel may be required, and fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, IT or related field.
7+ years leading projects in technology-driven environments.
Strong Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and traditional PM methods.

Responsibilities

Lead corporate projects and strategic initiatives from definition to delivery and adoption.
Manage project portfolio and ensure transparent reporting to leadership.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans with milestones and risks.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, product, tech, and operations.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and manage expectations.
Facilitate governance, planning, status reviews, and decisions.
Track progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and CTO.
Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and roadblocks.
Ensure objectives meet quality, scope, timeline, and budget.
Coordinate deployments, testing, and transition to operations.
Prepare executive reports and dashboards for governance forums.
Drive continuous improvement of PM methodologies and tools.
Partner with business areas on transformation initiatives and change.
