Job summary

GT Motive is seeking a Project Manager in the United States to drive cross-functional programs in technology innovation. You will lead planning, governance, and delivery for fast-paced SaaS projects in a global context.

You will collaborate with business, product, technology, and operations teams, apply Agile and traditional PM practices, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. Travel may be required, and fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, IT or related field.
• 7+ years leading projects in technology-driven environments.
• Strong Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and traditional PM methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate projects and strategic initiatives from definition to delivery and adoption.
• Manage project portfolio and ensure transparent reporting to leadership.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans with milestones and risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, product, tech, and operations.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Facilitate governance, planning, status reviews, and decisions.
• Track progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and CTO.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and roadblocks.
• Ensure objectives meet quality, scope, timeline, and budget.
• Coordinate deployments, testing, and transition to operations.
• Prepare executive reports and dashboards for governance forums.
• Drive continuous improvement of PM methodologies and tools.
• Partner with business areas on transformation initiatives and change.

As aProject Manageryou will become part of Global project management team supporting strategic delivery projects across Solvd Group. This role leads cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment, execution, and business value realization and contributes to a project portfolio management of GT Motive perimeter.

What you will do:

• Lead corporate projects and strategic initiatives from definition and planning through to successful delivery and adoption.
• Manage project portfolio management of GT Motive perimeter and ensure transparent reporting to Solvd Group level.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, identifying dependencies, milestones, risks, and critical paths.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, product, technology, and operations to ensure effective collaboration and alignment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
• Facilitate project governance, planning, status review, and decision-making meetings.
• Track project progress, performance, and key deliverables, providing regular updates to stakeholders and CTO.
• Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and roadblocks.
• Ensure project objectives are achieved within agreed quality standards, timelines, scope, and budget.
• Coordinate solution deployments, testing, business validations, and transition‑to‑operations activities.
• Prepare project documentation, executive reports, dashboards, and presentations for steering committees and governance forums.
• Drive continuous improvement of project management methodologies, processes, tools, and best practices.
• Partner with business areas to support transformation initiatives, process optimization, and organizational change.

What you should bring:

• Bachelor´s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience leading projects in techonology driven enviroments, consulting firms or digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional project management methodologies.
• Experience in project planning, risk and issue management, budget tracking, and executive‑level reporting.
• Professional proficiency English is required (minimum C1 level).
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Sharepoint, etc.
• Strong analytical problem‑solving skills, with a structured and result‑driven approach.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications are considered a strong asset.
• Availability for business travel.
