Job summary

Flintco, LLC in Tulsa, OK seeks a Project Manager, Renewable Energy to coordinate owner representatives, architects, engineers and major subs for utility-scale PV builds. You will supervise project personnel, manage budgets and schedules, review bids and subcontractor work, and ensure safety and quality on site.

You will oversee procurement, submittals, shop drawings, and closeout documentation, while traveling about 50% of the time across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 4 years of experience in a construction/project management role.
• Experience with utility-scale solar PV/renewables including estimating, scheduling, cost control, and personnel administration.
• 3 years must include experience with EPC project delivery.
• 3 years must also include experience with detailed construction project plans and schedules, reading drawings, and using analytical calculations.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between owner representatives, architects, engineers, and major subcontractors for renewable energy projects.
• Provide management supervision to project personnel and ensure projects stay within budget and on schedule.
• Review estimates, bids, and subcontractor selections; coordinate procurement and shop drawings.
• Oversee project schedules, pre-requisites, and ensure proper submittals and log maintenance; deliver punch lists and closeout docs.
• Manage project budgets, cash flow, risks and opportunities, and status reporting to upper management and client.
• Collaborate with Project Superintendent on material delivery, safety plans, and site administration; travel ~50% of the time.
