Job summary

ProShip, Inc. seeks an experienced Project Manager to join the Integration Team. You will lead planning, execution, and delivery of customer integration projects for the ProShip Software Suite, ensuring quality, satisfaction, and adherence to budget and timelines.

You will act as the main customer contact, coordinating with engineering and professional services, guiding implementation, and managing time-and-material billing. A strong PM background in software is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 4+ years of Project Management experience, preferably in software integration or development.
• 2+ years of Business Analyst experience preferred.
• Experience leading customer-facing projects and coordinating between customers and internal teams.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead regular customer-facing meetings with updates, risk assessments, and guidance.
• Manage multiple integration projects within scope, budget, and time constraints.
• Create detailed project plans with scope, timelines, dependencies, and milestones.
• Coordinate QA, UAT, and sign-offs across teams.
• Support post-implementation activities and handoffs to support.
