Job summary

WINTrio LLC seeks a Project Manager to oversee software development, modernization, and operational support for an enterprise technology environment. The portfolio includes public websites, data apps, APIs, and online ordering capabilities.

The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, managing schedules, risks, and budgets, and ensuring quality and security across SDLC practices in a fully remote US-based setting.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing software development, application maintenance, or IT modernization projects.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams within defined staffing and budget constraints.
• Ability to develop project plans, transition plans, status reports, and expenditure forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary management contact for client stakeholders.
• Coordinate technical staff, assignments, schedules, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, resource allocations, and management controls.
• Lead transition planning, personnel onboarding, and knowledge transfer.
• Manage risks, resolve issues, and maintain continuity of application support.
• Coordinate weekly and monthly reporting covering accomplishments, labor hours, planned activities, expenditures, and deliverable status.
• Monitor funding utilization and support financial forecasting and invoice coordination.
• Ensure adherence to established SDLC, quality, security, and documentation practices.
