Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Project Manager – Secret Clearance to lead remote, multi-site IT and service management initiatives within federal programs across the United States. You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with IT, security, logistics, and facilities teams to ensure contract compliance and high-quality delivery.

The role requires an active Secret clearance, PMP or PgMP certification, and proven experience directing geographically dispersed

Qualifications

• PMP or PgMP certification is mandatory.
• Active Secret Security Clearance required.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams.
• Federal government contracts experience preferred.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and performance metrics experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operational delivery across project areas, ensuring services are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with contractual obligations.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate project activities to achieve operational objectives and SLAs.
• Manage project scope, schedules, costs, and performance baselines with budget development and regular leadership reporting.
• Coordinate with IT, logistics, security, facilities, and other support functions to ensure availability of required infrastructure and services.
• Oversee subcontractor and vendor performance, including onboarding, deliverables, quality assurance, and contract compliance.
• Develop and present operational dashboards and performance reports covering service volumes, throughput, SLA achievement, and workforce utilization.
